to Help Ease You into Sleep
Every evening at 8:45 PM myself, or my colleague Liz Wickhart will offer a 15 min awareness practice to help you dust off the stress of the day and settle into a good nights sleep. I need this as much as you do! The ZOOM room will be open at 8:30 pm to share gratitude before we move into an awareness or mindful practice for the last 15 min. Join us on ZOOM whenever you can.
