“I went into this thinking I would learn a thing or two, but never thought I would begin to really listen to my body and notice [the] habits causing [my] pain.… But, I did! I went skiing today and noticed how I move – I’ve never done that before! I noticed how stiff one side of my body is and [now I] know [how to] begin to work on making that [better] and moving with more ease. I want to continue to focus on how….to move into a more satisfying way of being…. I looked forward to the new exploration [each day]…. And, how such a small ‘project’ can have a big impact.”

“The most impactful thing for me is that I am beginning to learn to stay in the curiosity…. As a recovering perfectionist, I’m trying not to have dualistic thinking……To realize that every part of me is just fine, and when I embrace that…..I move with greater ease. The [15 Day Challenge] also helped me increase my awareness of my breath, jaw, throat, and eyes. I used to always blame my back or shoulder for tightening, but I’ve come to realize [I have] other spots that hold onto rigidity. Especially my throat, which surprised me. Thanks for a great challenge! My nervous system thanks you!”

“Almost from the start, I noticed my body felt more ‘awake’ and alive following the lesson. I have more energy all day long.”

“I have participated in weekly, as well as, private lessons and have found… [this 15 day challenge] provided the opportunity for more insightful daily study. It was more akin to reading a novel rather than a short story.”

“This [15 Day Challenge] taught me to think differently, to consider other ways of viewing my body and, to a broader extent, the world!” Andee
